HARRISON, NJ - On Tuesday, August 3, 2010, the Town of Harrison held the 27th Annual National Night Out against Crime, Drugs and Violence at Library Park in Harrison, NJ. The event was sponsored by Harrison's Mayor Raymond McDonough, the Town Council , The Harrison Police Department and The Harrison East Newark Elks Lodge #2326 Drug Awareness Committee.

Over 600 residents, including children and adults, attended the event. The Harrison East Newark Elks Lodge #2326 made a donation of $1,000 to the Harrison Dare Program.

Supplies to make the event possible were donated by Tex Mex Restaurant, Chinatown Restaurant, Sabbrett Hot Dogs, Petchers Bakery and Kearny Shop Rite.
