Harrison residents don’t have to travel far to enjoy July 4th fireworks and festivities

Harrison residents can pop over to neighboring Kearny tomorrow to start their July 4th celebration with a slew of special Independence Day events at Veterans Field on Belgrove Drive. Beginning at 6:30 p.m., a host of kid-centric activities like inflatable rides, balloon art and a magic shows will begin followed by a live performance by The Garden State Concert Band at 7 p.m.

The grand finale will be a fireworks display at dusk launched from the Frank A. Vincent Marina. For more information July 4th in Kearney check out kearnynj.org and for other July 4th events around Hudson county on events page on NJ.com
