Harrison Mayor Raymond J. McDonoughIn an abrupt about face, Harrison Mayor Raymond McDonough has thrown his hat into this November's mayoral race. On March 2, McDonough, 61, announced to a shocked Town Council that he was not interested in running for a fifth term.
