Mayor & Council MeetingThe following Agenda corresponds to the the Mayor and Council Meeting of the Town of Harrison to be held on March 2, 2010.

The meeting will be held on the third floor of Harrison Town Hall, located at 318 Harrison Avenue.

• A resolution authorizing execution of an agreement for law enforcement services with the borough of East Newark
• A resolution regarding the appointing authority of the Town of Harrison
• A resolution proclaiming march 2010 as Youth Art Month
• A resolution for Paris Grant Program shared services
• A resolution recognizing the deputy grand marshals of the 2010 St. Patrick's Day Parade - - Kevin Barber and Steven Duffy

Ordinance
Adoption of the following ordinance:

Ordinance no. 1225
An ordinance to amend ordinance no. 1224 concerning civil service employees of the Town of Harrison, County of Hudson and State of New Jersey

Finance
• A resolution regarding property tax refunds or delinquencies of less than $10.00
• A resolution regarding overpayment refund -- block 6, lot 4
• A resolution regarding overpayment refund -- block 159, lot 18
• A resolution for payment of bills and payrolls
